Shipping & Returns

Because of our continuously-growing stock and our reliable shipping partners GLS & UPS we make sure that your products are delivered quickly. We will provide you with a track-and-trace number at an appropriate time, so you will be able to track your shipment. Products that we do not have in stock, we will order directly from the manufacturer for you. We will ship in-stock parts out directly and as soon as the backorders became available, it will be shipped to you. 

Shipping Costs & Leadtimes

GLS Island Surcharge: If it needs to be shipped to an EU Island, We will charge you with a surcharge of €27.50 after the website checkout or give you the option to cancel and refund in full.
* UPS shipping only: If UPS charges an extended area surcharge to your zip code. we will charge you this surcharge after the website checkout or give you the option to cancel the order.

Returns

Cancellation
Canceling an order is, as long as it hasn’t been shipped, free of charge.(execpt for paypal payment fee)

Returns/ Withdrawal period:
You have a withdrawal period of 14 days without having to state a reason, to return the product, starting on the Day of delivery. 

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

There are legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal, in the context of which we reserve the right to invoke the following provisions: There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of items that are not prefabricated and made based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer or that are clearly tailored to the personal wishes of the consumer. No right of withdrawal applies to the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature. Furthermore, we would like to point out that you must compensate us for the depreciation of the goods that is the result of using the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Based on case law, the assembly of motor parts is considered "unnecessary."

Note: We do not offer refunds for Express shipping, paypal payment fees and remote area surcharges. Before returning parts please use our Return Form.
