We take great care in checking your order before shipping. However, if something slips through our quality checks, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for specific photos or a detailed description of the issue to process your complaint effectively.
Please note: Disassembling products that are not intended to be disassembled by anyone other than the factory will void the warranty. This does not apply to normal wear-and-tear replacement parts or parts that must be disassembled as per the product’s instruction manual.
Our products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, provided they are used under normal conditions. The definition of "normal use" can be found below. If you experience an issue, contact our Customer Service team to determine if your product qualifies for free repair or warranty replacement.

Normal use refers to using the product for its originally intended application as sold by Gooze. Modifications or use of the product outside its marketed purpose will void the warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product suits their intended application. Gooze does not accept liability for custom applications.
